I have been a personal trainer for 15 years and started teaching on my platform in February 2022. I received my bachelor's degree from Western Michigan and received my NASM certification.

For me, there is nothing better than a client reaching their goal weight. It shows that I am truly making a difference and proves to me that I can do it.

Why Do I Love Training? I love waking up every morning and knowing that I made an impact on someone's life. Personal training goes much further than telling someone what exercises to do, it's about helping them live a better, more fulfilling life.
