I have been working as a personal trainer for 15 years and started my own online fitness platform in February 2022. I earned my bachelor's degree from Western Michigan and have a NASM certification.

One of my favorite moments as a personal trainer is when a client achieves their goal weight. It shows that I am truly making a difference in their lives and it motivates me to keep doing what I do.

I love being a personal trainer because I wake up every day knowing that I am positively impacting someone's life. Personal training is not just about telling someone what exercises to do, it's about helping them live a better and more fulfilling life. Being a part of someone's journey to reach their goals brings me joy and fulfillment.

I became a trainer because I believe that fitness is a form of preventive care and personal care. It is my healthcare plan and helps me control the outcome of my life outside of the gym.

My advice to those who want to workout is to be honest with yourself and your trainer. Don't be intimidated to admit what you can or cannot do. Being honest with your trainer can help you achieve more than you thought was possible. Don't be afraid to start and I look forward to training with you!
